Do you have a favorite TV show? Why not watch it in English? Find an English-language drama or comedy that seems interesting, and start watching it from the beginning. Reading Tip #2 - Enjoy reading

Read a book that you enjoy. If you like the book, it helps you to stay more focused on it and read it to the end. You should read a book that is not too difficult and not too easy at the same time. If you understand approximately 80% of what you read without consulting a dictionary, it is probably the right level for you. Listening Tip # 1 - Listen to the same audio every day for a week

Find an interesting video/podcast, choose one episode and listen to it every day for a week. You can do it whilst driving to work, riding the bus or doing the dishes. Listen very carefully and try to pick some interesting phrases or words. In a couple of days, you can try to practice speaking some parts of the podcast out aloud while listening to it at the same time. Focus on the differences between you and the speaker. By the end of the week, you should be able to understand much more than during the first listening. Reading Tip # 1 - Always make special time to read

Reading for fun can be done anywhere. You could take a book out on a bus, in bed or at the office, and you can enjoy it. Reading for learning is a bit different. You need to be focused and minimize distraction. You should spend about 30 minutes on focused reading every day. To become better at reading and understanding these are the steps you should do: Make a special time for reading. Routine will help you to stay on track. The more you read, the quicker you’ll improve. Put all your gadgets, such as a phone, tablet on silent mode. During the reading, underline unfamiliar words. Search a picture for words on the Internet. You will be surprised how much pictures can help in understanding the meaning of nouns and verbs. Look up the meaning in English-English dictionary. You should train yourself to resist translations. It might be tough at the beginning, but quite soon you’d be very thankful for this brain training. Write the words down and write at least one sentence for each. Check it with your teacher next lesson. The teacher will check if you understand this word correctly and also give you a chance to practice it in several contexts. This way you can remember the words better and use them in your speech. And this is exactly what you want to improve your speaking!

But trust us, we love your mistakes. Just because mistake correcting is a great way to learn a language. You can avoid mistakes in English only if you don’t use it. Probably the most often repeated business tips are that to succeed in business, you need to try numerous different things until one of them finally works. Even huge corporations frequently release unprofitable products despite spending huge amounts of cash on market research. That is because it's impossible to tell with 100% certainty if clients will purchase a product until it hits the shelves.
